1) Linen are provided and come with extra cost?

Yes, the cost is 15euros/ person. These include:
§ Bath towels
§ Hand towels
§ Bed sheets
§ Blankets and bed covers
§ Pillows and pillow covers
§ Table cloths
§ Cloth napkins
§ Bathroom rugs
§ 1 toilet paper roll

2) I do not want to pay for linen. Can I bring my own?

No. linen service comes at an extra cost and there is no chance for our customers to opt out.

3) What is the room layout of apartments for 4/5 people?

Either:
2 single beds in one room
1 kingsize bed in one room
1 sofa bed in the living room

Or:

1 kingsize bed in one room
1 kingsize bed in one room
1 sofa bed in the living room

4) What is the room layout of your 6/7 people apartment?

Either
2 single beds in one room
1 kingsizebed in one room

5) Whats the size and additional cost for the 5th bed in 4/5 apartment?

Size: 85 x 190 cm
Cost: no additional cost- however, please send us the detials of any additional guest.

6) WIFI cost and code?

Wifi is free of charge and no code is needed to log in. Just ask us for the name of our wifi.

7) Is there a laundry/ whashmaschine in the apartment or building?

YES. Our guests are allowed to use the laundry in common space at the groundfloor of Residence Alfred.

Soap and detergents, however, are not provided.

8) Is it possible to use the wood stove in the apartment?

No

9) Is it possible to increase the heating in the apartment?

Yes. Every apartment is endowed with independent heating. The thermostat is located next to the door.

10) What is the voltage in the apartments?

220 V.
Be aware that in order to avoid a black out it is recommended not to switch on the electric plate, oven and dishwasher at the same time. However, should a black out happen, do not hesitate to whatsapp us.

11) Do you offer discounts at any partner shop ?

Yes. Please visit our web site in the section dedicated to partners. Please, remember to disclose our agenzia ladina card in order to claim a discount at our partner shops.

We do not provide FASSA CARD.

12) Do you offer skipass service or discounts ?

14) Do you have a pool?

No. but our clients receive discounts at CQ terme/ pozza di fassa.

15) Can you I put an option on a reservation for few days?

no. you have secured your apartment only after the payment of the deposit via our web site.

16) What is the reservation procedure at appartmement?

Select your dates and apartment. Then pay your deposit on line (30% of total stay). After we have been credited you ll get all confirmation details via email. With our email, you can consider your apartment reserved.
